There's no other place in the Bay Area (except the San Francisco Amoeba store) that rival's this store's selection of new and used CD's, vinyl, tapes and DVD's. Don't show up empty handed; bring your old music in to exchange for cash or trade. You get much better value if you accept store credit. Then have fun shopping through obscure cult music and mainstream new releases. Both this Berkeley store and the San Francisco sister store offer free live music performances on weekends. The eclectic staff is always knowledgeable and creatively tattooed.
