The good news is that this restaurant is pretty good, especially for a buffet. Food tastes fresh; they stock a wide variety of foods and desserts, even at lunch; and they refresh the bins regularly. There are plenty of waitresses so that you won't be looking around waiting for your drink to be refilled. The bad news is that this is the best tasting chinese food that I have had in State College. A buffet should not be holding that title. But that aside, this is a good and cheap place to eat. Be sure to use your student ID for a discount.
