My wife and I have gone to this store on several occasions, and each time it is very difficult to find anyone for help. Even when you do, you might not get any answers as sometimes the sales person simply won't know what's going on. I think the business is family run, so if you are lucky and find the owners, who are usually busy tending to the plants, then you will have all your questions answered. Otherwise, you may be waiting. That said, the merchandise itself is good quality, and there is a large variety at reasonable prices.
