Although this a large practice with a number of doctors scattered around the city you'd never know it by the kind of service they provide.
We use the office in Manlius with 3 doctors. We've never had a problem getting an appointment (emergency or non) or with reaching the doctors after hours. They are also very helpful with any insurance issues that may pop-up.
It's also nice to have everyone in the family see the same doctor - we've established a great relationship with her and feel she really cares about our family.
