The Top of the World is on the 27th floor of the World Trade Center at the Inner Harbor. It offers exceptional views of the city (except for those vantage points now blocked by the increasing numbers of tall parking structures and office buildings). It also includes some historical information about Baltimore's ongoing regentrification, but it is presented pretty blandly. Worth a stop if you have extra time and money while you're already at the harbor, but not a destination to take time for on its own.
