I heard that the facility had an influx of a huge number of neglected dogs from a horrible animal hoarder/abuser and called 3 times during facility work hours on 10/31/24 to find out what items were most needed to help out! Each time the no person answered, and then the answering machine's message is: "thank you for calling, if you know the extension you want to reach, you may dial it now"! I then dialed the number of the humane officer (XT303) and the same message repeated???? No one answered and NO OPPORTUNITY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!!! WHAT A FIRST CLASS OPERATION?? The poor animals housed there. One can only imagine the neglect they must suffer, all at the hands of those that are supposed to care :(
