My mother-in-law, who's name happened to be Judy, was admitted to Four Oaks in January of 2023 for rehab on her hip. Our hats are to ALL the staff for their care and concern of their residents. Four Oaks is operated the way a rehab/nursing facility should be operated!!! Clean, kind and safe. Excellent communication with family and other medical facilities. I've never witnessed such an observant group of people. If your loved one is in need of nursing care or rehab (short or long term) I STRONGLY urge you to place them here, where their needs, safety and comfort will be met!
