The material smells after rain and turns a brownish color. Now, the material is coming up into tire treads, being released into my driveway, and leaving spots on the road.
This is embarrassing, and the road department should be embarrassed. Collectively, Darlington and Chandler residents pay $255k in taxes annually. You have the money to budget for a newly paved road. However, you didn't need it! The road was in great shape! Now, because of a very poor decision.
Now I see this cheap crap everywhere in Rockaway. Good job guys!
