Awful experience! I took my car in for A/C repair and was told it needed a new fan and they would need to keep it overnight.I picked the car up the next afternoon and paid my bill of 581.42. When I drove away there wasn't any cool air coming from the vents. I immediately turned around. I asked them if it was their policy to release a car and take payment before checking to see if the work had been satisfactorily completed? No response,just a stare from the extremely rude young man! The car was kept another night and the next day was told the car was ready and has cold air. Drove away. Still no cool air. I was so upset from this experience I returned and asked for some return on my bill of 581.42. Not a penny was offered .I asked to speak to the manager. He was not on the premises. I left my name and phone # and asked if he could please give me a call. I never heard from anyone! I have never written a bad revue about any person or business before this incident. This was totally unacceptable!!!
