I phoned Reliant Appliance Repair late one evening, inquiring about a part for the repair of my refrigerator. They promised they would check and phone me back. Dispatcher phoned me back and said a technician had the part and would be there early the next morning to repair it. They did as he promised and came on time, fixed my refrigerator and informed me that another part was needed. He said he would return the following morning for that. However, after seeing my despair, he located the part and returned the same day. And on the second visit, he only charged me for the part and no labor. I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, effectiveness, efficiency of the service. This is a magnificent and wonderful business!!!! They really were there for me when I needed it. If I had a 1000 tongues I couldn’t express my gratitude enough. Thanks to Reliant Appliance Repair!!!!
