The past 5 DoorDash orders either had missing drinks, missing food or the order was completely wrong. Tonight for instance, my husband ordered the Western and I ordered the Cheddar Jalopeno ... there was NO jalopenos on my burger, american cheese instead of cheddar, and I had unchecked the mayo, pickles, tomato and lettuce (I'm allergic to mayo) ... and my burger not only came with all those things, but someone added bacon which I don't care for on a burger. My husbands Western had mayo on it, which that isn't even supposed to be on it, no onions which it is supposed to have, and there was no ross sauce.
We tried contacting Doordash for a refund, but they only gave us $5 (it was a $53 order for 2 burgers, cans of soda fries and onion rings). My husband ate his burger because he's like a garbage can, but being that I am allergic to mayo... I couldn't eat mine. So we called and the lady who took our call said our order wasn't even out yet, but the lady in the back I guess said she made it herself and did give it to Doordash.
I asked if they could just redo my burger and my husband would come get it, as I'm about to go back in the hospital tonight and I wanted to eat specifically my favorite burger from them, before spending a week there where I will not be able to have any nutrition by mouth for at least a week. The boss lady kept saying we could contact Doordash and have them redo the order, but I had informed them that Doordash wouldn't allow us to do that because it said Bobby J's was now closed.
