Called and talked to Clay (my estimator) & Chris (the owner) to inform them I was missing my most expensive golf club from my set. The movers were not told to move the garage, they had to go to the very back to grab my clubs. They were to take only the crates and the bikes in the front of the garage. Neither Clay nor Chris ever called me back after they said they would. Also, the guaranteed price is only a guarantee if the rate goes up even though Clay informed me that they would make any adjustments the day of the move. They had no problem charging me more for having more boxes but when I found out I was being charged for 2 trips and the move only consisted of one trip they were not willing to fix the guaranteed price although eventually after a lengthy conversation Clay graciously reduced our move by $100.00 more
