Since the sale by the original owners to By Next, the business has entirely deteriorated. I was a long-time, happy customer prior to the sale, and made the mistake of taking my drapes there for cleaning two months ago. Under current management, no one answers the phone, or responds to voice mails and emails. The only thing they seem able to do is charge one's credit card, which they do at the same high prices as when there was customer service under prior ownership. It is shameful that this business continues to charge such high prices given that there is no customer service. It took multiple calls, voicemails, and emails over more two months to finally get a status report on my drapes and get them back. I will never use Madame Paulette again and encourage anyone reading this to avoid this place like the plague.
