For those complaining about their harsh methods, I just want to ask you: Have you ever watched two German Shepherds playing with each other? They play rough! bopping them in the face to get their attention is nothing. They are not your average breed of dog. MaryAnn trained my now 7 y/o 110lb German Shepherd when she was a four month old puppy, and everyone thinks she is the sweetest dog ever.
