DO NOT use Trugreen out of Indian Trail, NC! I cancelled my service or so I thought. Services stopped and then randomly 3 months later someone shows up barely treats the yard. I call to say I don't want the services but they charge me anyway. I now have services I am being billed for but never received a service. So they cancelled the servicing but not the billing. Wouldn't that be nice not to have to do the work but still get paid. I now can not get in contact with the local manager and have a debt collector contacting me. This is a terrible business model!
