I HAD TO GIVE A RATE otherwise it would have been ZERO STARS from me. I am aware that it is not necessary for me to like my attorney for him to do a good job HOWEVER, I got one call from an actual attorney during my case for medical malpractice. Unfortunately it was from Mr. Guerra. He started the conversation off by accusing me of sending an ANGRY email that he received by forward from other office staff. Which was in correct! I was unaware that Emails of concern and question could be considered angry. Also, It was emailed directly to him from myself not forwarded. He then proceeded to argue with me about my case like I was the defendant on trial with bs bs bs, and went on to express how I should have hired a woman. Seriously! Insensitive, arrogant, and MACHISMO.
