That sounds extreme, but, these dear lads did save my computer from a super ugly virus, which saved me from going bonkers. They are so knowledgeable and very impressive with their willingness to dive right in with their problem solving. So, instead of being without my computer for days, they had my computer debugged, revitalized, working at faster speeds all within a couple of hours. Plus, they are all very friendly and give easy to understand instructions. Price was also very fair. Thanks guys - a forever customer. Joan
