Poor customer service 7/24/2021

I would give a zero but I'm still waiting on my order. The first one came destroyed due to poor crating for LTL shipment. Its been 2 months. I've been very pleasant with my salesperson but must call them to get any info. I've been told verbally my replacement order has shipped but they couldn't provide a tracking number. They never return calls, don't provide information and worst of all have a rude phone presence.I will not use second and surplus again. Certainly will not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional, unorganized and rude. more
