Spent over 90k for add on room and garage. The short cuts and methods that have been discovered are horrible. All the issues brought to his attention never fixed he came out once to look at issue with roof around chimney was sinking and buckled he sent someone out to fix the newly finished roof but the repair was a joke and only created more issues. He Poured concrete slab over top of arobic tank leaving it unaccessible. He busted concrete floor in bathroom to connect to drain pipe for a large jacuzzi tub that started leaking and upon taking sides off tub to find leak discovered that the hole he busted in concrete slab and large deep hole dug into dirt beneath slab was never filled in is was a scary ugly site and he never fixed anything. The roof has several leakes do to the pitch being below a 2/12 and shingled and poor water run off. Lots more issues but only came back one time and hasn't fixed anything.
