Son and daughter-in-law called for repair on dishwasher with extended warranty that was leaking water from the bottom. AIG sent a repair person (not sure if it was Hart) and a part was replaced and another part was ordered. Repairman came second time and replaced part. Dishwasher continued to leak so AIG sent Hart for the repair. He claimed it was due to soap in the dishwasher. Son and daughter-in-law had never noticed soap in the dishwasher and followed directions for adding liquid soap/tablets. Dishwasher continued to leak so another service call was set up with Hart. He never showed after an appointment was set up with him. Yet another service call was set up and confirmed with him. A no show again. When I called, left a message and never got a return call. I ran dishwasher while I was at their house waiting for repair and not a drop of suds in the dishwasher (see attached photo with water running into dishwasher).
