When we order Teriyaki Chicken we actually expect the Teriyaki, even when we ask for more of it on the side. We ordered Teriyaki Chicken, drove all the way home to find out that they did not put any Teriyaki on the chicken or put more on the side like we asked. The chicken by itself sucks without the sauce. This High Point location has been in the bad habit of missing key ingredients like this more often than not. Chalk this up to bad management, they need to ensue their employees are following through with the orders and having everything the customer ordered in the bag. Should be pay after the service, so customers don't get bonked like this.
