I went there to get a remote start on my MDX they told me 3 to 5 hours it took them from 9 am to 7pm then they wanted me to take it to the Acura dealership because they had lost the code to my radio to work they finally got it to work but now my car is back at Carmax so they can check out my computer system Never Never Again I would Rate them a-1
