The process was very easy and everyone involved was helpful. Paul was the salesman and took the time to walk us through our options clearly and answer any follow up questions we had. We decided to go with a traditional air-conditioning installation, rather than high velocity.
Ricky & Scottie were the main two installers and they were professional and communicative. The install took five days, and each day the house was left clean and dust free. Ricky was very helpful with finding the right places to install the ductwork.
They also followed all covid-19 safety protocols and my wife and I were able to work from home without any unnecessary distractions.
I wish it had been made more clear that they would not install drywall around the ductwork; I thought that was included. But they provided the name of someone who does so we should be able to get it done easily.
We would recommend them to anyone looking to do an A/C install. Everything was explained to us, and the process was smooth and professional.
