Very poor treatment 8/22/2020

8/7/20 Appointment was at 6pm, arrived early only to watch them honor walk-ins who complained about waiting and other appointments after me. It has been over an hour since my appointment and i have watched people enter after me and leave long before me. Follow up appointment 8/21/20. Regrettably I returned back to the hospital for a follow up appointment only to be mistreated worse than the last visit. The receptionist are racist and if the doctors are allowing their staff to behave in a manner that mistreat their customers on the basis of race, I have to assume they share those same values. I am now understanding why I was mistreated during my last visit and I will not be returning to this hospital. I cannot take a chance and have my precious pets get mistreated simply because their caregiver is not white. more
