Unfortunately this is the only provider in my area in rural Texas. I purchased a new home and had a technician scheduled to complete installation on Wednesday. No body arrived. After a 45 minute hold I was told I needed to speak to the Texas office. Another 45 minute hold and they just disconnected. This happened 3 times. On the forth time they told me there is no line to Texas that it must route through them and to try again. The estimated wait time started at 21 minutes. When it got to six minutes it jumped to 41 minutes. At over 6 hours on hold (that's all 4 phone calls) I finally spoke to a nice lady. She told me that it was recommended that consolidated not provide me service because my area was to difficult. I should add before I purchased the home I made sure I could get internet at the location through them. Oh, I also tried their chat and upon submitting it state no agents were available. It Also stated that I would receive a response to the questions would be in 24 hours, surprise no response. For a communications company they sure lack the skill of communication. I wish negative stars were available.
