This review is an update to the one I wrote in 2011. Knowing what I know now about this company, they would not have even received one star, much less five.
I can honestly say I would never again do business with Joseph and Joshua Nabatkhkhorian, the owners of J & J Oriental Rugs. I would suggest that anyone who has had a bad experience with them might want to file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia.
