Purchased high end appliances. Microwave did not work, dishwasher did not work. I thought it was weird that they were unboxed but fridge was not. Called, will not exchange only send repairman. Asked if they could tell me if these were in fact new. They chose to tell the truth, or maybe someone slipped, but they told me these were not. Manager saw nothing wrong with this practice and would not exchange still. Asked why he couldn't put it back as store model and give me the new one I thought I purchased. He asked how do I expect him to sell a broken dishwasher. I explained he did it to me but that did not work either. Hours of hold time with crazy ads playing, promised wait list to first available manager, hour waited, call particular store to find out they all go to the same place, so got a question about a model on floor... you're going on the crazy hold train, delivery is no longer free, last house they forgot to take shipping rod out of washer and it never ran right again till I replaced. Think they are going through some growing pains without much attention being paid to customer service or legitimacy. Maybe when the kids took over they saw growth and not what this region saw in the original, small, neighborhood place.
