My wife has been taking the kids and going there herself for a lttle bit. She moved there in part because the last dental place we went to apparently had confusing billing. The care at Foer is good. Unfortunately, the support staff and billing department is an unresponsive disaster. I have a Flexible Spending Account. I tried to submit their billing to get reimbursement and was denied based upon inadequacy of the billing. I call and email constantly to get billing clarity and get told someone will follow up, but no-one follows up. Their billing is confusing and inadequate. Their support people have been completely unhelpful. My name is Wesley Slough and I live in Bloomington/Normal for the last 20 years. If the Foehr group wants to get ahold of me to resolve these issues, you have my contact information. To have someone follow up with me to resolve issues would be a first. Unfortunately it has gotten to this. I have told my wife to look elsewhere for dental services. It is unfortunate because the actual dental care has been good. more
