I hired Apollo Lemus to install sod March 2020. Now 3 months later, I have a complete disaster due to improper soil preparation prior to installation. I have dead sod and more drainages issues than I started with that were to be eliminated per Apollo by grading the slope of my side lawn which is now a swamp! I kept in constant contact with concerns and sent photos only to get excuse after excuse and to be told it is "not his responsibility. I have filed claims with the BBB and Home Advisor. I will have to spend double what I have already paid to have another contractor come and fix the mess Lemus Landscaping made of my yard.
