Please DO NOT EVER TRAVEL WITH COMPANY! With the coronavirus VIL cancelled our trip. We did not. Per their contract "VIL would only cancel your tour within ten (10) days prior to your tour scheduled travel dates." It appears that VIL has voided/nulled their own contract. The cancellation fee is $1900.pp with which VIL will not return this amount to us. Our trip is 3+ months from now. I sent them a letter requesting and itemized listing of where the $1900. was allocated. As of date they have not responded. From the number of responses on fb, many participants have called and they refuse to give that information out. I have filed a complaint with CO AG, BBB and also sent them a letter. With what is going on right now with Covid-19, people and talented students really need a full refund. Please never travel with this company. They have been in business for 50 years and have made a lot of money from their participants. To be fair to their customers...and their future, we all believe that they should provide us with a full refund. Many of these people than were to go from many states are planning on a class action lawsuit. I can only hope that this will put pressure on VIL and they do the right thing and refund our money in full.
