Georgia is in the same boat. 140+ people going and not getting their $1900.00 back. We are all in if there is a Class action lawsuit. At bare minimum I will be demanding receipts for "money spent that cannot be recouped" and I am going to 1099 them for each of us not going. All we need is their Tax ID number which we should be able to get online. You can 1099 anyone you pay more than $600 in one year to for a service. My family is out $5700 and that's not chump change for us. That's a LOT of money!! I hope they see all of these reviews and decide to do right by us, unfortunately I don't think they will.
