They have unceremoniously cancelled the 2020 summer trip and in a not-very-well-explained letter said they would refund all but $1900 per PERSON! This is an absurd abuse of trust. They took approximately $7000 for each child and have apparently squandered it to the tune of millions. I called them and though they admitted the fees INCLUDED travel insurance, they would be unable to recoup the down payments they already placed on air travel and hotel bookings. They also told me that their business itself was NOT INSURED for events such as this. This is either a lie or a testament to how incredibly shady and poorly run their greed-filled money hungry organization is. I find this hard to believe. The travel industries are refunding everyone everything, yet these folks must pocket $2K per kid? I suspect they will need those held fees to handle the upcoming lawsuits.
