I was able to get my low cost auto insurance and was very fortunate to have a Patient and Knowledgeable agent named Lorraine V to guide me through the process. She took the time to explain everything carefully and was very kind not to cast judgement or have an attitude for my need to pursue an affordable auto insurance so I can comply with the law and not break the bank at the same time. When my financial status changes, I will certainly enlist Lorraine's help again in securing even higher coverage. Thank You for making this a pleasurable experience as my prior insurance, Mercury, didn't seem concerned with my urgency to lower my plan. I will definitely be recommending PPI to my friends and using them again in the future :-) 5 STARS !!!
