Never in my 23 years in the Insurance business have I had to deal with such a rude and hateful inspector such as Al. He had the nerve to tell me that HIS job is MY job. If you are a qualified inspector, you should know that with a wind mitigation inspection, there MUST be photos to substantiate the credits you are giving the client. I just have to believe he doesn't know what he is doing. Or he is just lazy. Either way, what a horrible way to conduct business, and what even more horrible way to speak to someone. I should copy and paste what he said to me, but I will refrain. Word of mouth. Can have damaging effects on a business.
