This is for you folks out there that is bored with your current fitness routine or want to try something new. I am a skeptic about a lot of things and I am not a group fitness class type of person; mainly because I am an introvert. What made me change my mind was I needed something different; something that is fun and enjoyable. My motto is if it’s not fun nor enjoyable then it becomes a chore and I dislike chores. Soooo...I started with the “First Time Starter Pack” at iLovekickboxing Peabody Studio. I absolutely LOVE IT and signed up as a member.
Connor was the initial staff that helped me get started. He was super nice and understanding about the concerns I have with my knees. He gave me tips on how to modify some of the warm up moves so I don’t hurt myself. The first class I took was taught by Brenton. He was fun and motivating. I have taken classes taught by Connor, Jillian, Caitlyn, John and Ashley. They are all amazing instructors. All the classes are fun. They are so encouraging to everyone and always there for you if you need a little more guidance. My fellow kickboxers are just as nice and supportive. So far, none of my two classes are alike and that is probably my most favorite thing about iLovekicking. I am never bored. The class is an hour long but you don’t notice it. Okay, okay, I will have to admit the first 15 mins of warm up seems like the clock is not working but after that, poof, the 45 mins flew by like a blink of an eye.
