If I could give him no stars I would.. Last summer ( august 2018) Jeff took a $5,000 deposit for my driveway,...and he never paved my driveway. I have tried numerous times to contact him by phone and through text messages, either he says yes I'll do it and doesn't show up or he doesn't answer the call/text messages.
