I was very skeptical about coming here and starting. I even bought the package and never started waited over a month and then today I finally started my membership. I was extremely scared as I have never been active in my life and wasn’t sure what I was doing. But the staff here was very welcoming and reassured me. The location is very clean. The instructor made sure I was doing the right stances and would show me step by step if I struggled. When it came to buddy time the lady who I paired with was very friendly and kept telling me “you got this girl”. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend it to everyone of all ages sizes and activity levels.
