My Carrier Unit seemed not be working properly (on the hottest days of this year) so I contacted True Home and was able to get an appointment with a technician that same day. Joey Vasco showed up at my home early and was able to check to unit in my back yard before I arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to replace the filter and a few other items and set me up on a two year maintenance program to keep my less than five years new unit working at optimum. My home is cool and clean and the air conditioning hasn't worked this well in a while. Now it's ice cold! Joey did an excellent job and deserves five stars! Thanks, Joey!!
