Well after a long wait guess I’m not seeing my full refund that this company has “guaranteed” me “in full.” Signed with them last year for about a $30,000 patio/landscape project. Upon news that we would be welcoming a second child into our family, then my wife getting laid off, then my work hitting a slump and losing more money we decided to cancel the project. Promised a full refund of our down payment. He stated to have us give them 30 days to come up with it. Waited. And waited. And reached out. And waited. Then after finally coming to a set day and time after numerous attempts to give us our check back to us like their “verified” letter stated, I get a text stating that our full down payment will now be broken up into 3 installments without any ok from us. Well needless to say we decided on a much smaller project. About 1/3 of what we initially wanted to get done due to financial constraints. And my first installment was late. Shocked? Not me. After numerous attempts I finally get the first down payment installment (which we didn’t agree to) late. Into my second installment. Late. Shocked? Not me. After that we had our much smaller project quoted and started when the owner of the this company decides to yell at the current contracted company because this was “his project”. The owner texts me and states “due to my false information our agreement has changed.” Sorry our agreement changed after you changed it to a non full refund as previously guaranteed. Well jumping to the end I get a check stating here is our refund plus “a little extra”. Their calculator must operate differently than mine. Still waiting on the full refund. After a cancellation on 3/21/19. Christ good luck with these people. He can sell you all day long with the nice attitude until something doesn’t go their way. We had a financial change and would have been more than happy to use them for a cheaper project until someone stole the ball from a kids hands and the temper tantrums started. Buyer beware. And I’ll wait for the “defamation of character threat” that all other negative reviews have gotten. “Defamation of character” is based on spreading false information. None of this is false. So I guess I’ll just wait until my attorney says enough is enough, time to get your money back. more
