Very disappointed 8/30/2019

While Kim has been very professional and clearly upset by our complaints, her inability to do anything about it (whether by her choice or the directive of the new owner that lives in California) leaves us with no other choice than to leave a review detailing the problems we had. Whether or not you will have them, well... you roll the dice. We brought them our older PT cruiser and asked for a diagnostics to see if it would be worth repairing and after they told us there was 1000 worth of work to be dine, we had them do it. In less than 6 months, other parts they were supposed to have checked needed to be replaced to the tune of 1500.00. When we asked why it wasn't mention during the first diagnostics, they couldn't (or wouldn't) answer. When I told them no, not going to spend more on the car than it is worth, I was charged for the SECOND diagnostic that showed that they hadn't done their job correctly the first time. I reached out and complained to Kim about this after taking it to another mechanic for a second opinion, who told me that there was actually MORE wrong that they STILL didn't point out, so they were going to try to screw me AGAIN by playing the game of stringing me along, one part at a time, until they had gotten me for several thousand dollars. Not only are they dishonest (or just incompetent), but they aren't willing to take responsibility for their mistakes, assuming they were actually a mistake and not an intentional theft. When I called and asked for a printout to be either mailed or emailed to me to show specifically what they had done and what I was charged for, I have gotten nothing. Use this company at your own risk, they are either dishonest, or incompetent, I just can't figure out which would be worse. more
