ILoveKickboxing is the best workout I have ever experienced. I have been a huge gym person for about 10 years & this workout is unlike anything I’ve done before. I would go to the gym almost everyday and run a few miles and lift. I saw results but not after a few months of doing certain routines. I never knew about the “honeymoon” phase they taught us in class where your body gets used to the same workout. It’s a different workout each time & I saw results within a week. I’ve never had abs before and new muscles are forming everywhere! I could not suggest this more!
