I have never witnessed such gross unprofessionalism and disrespect from an auto repair shop. For one, they were terrible at giving updates, giving attitudes when I dared to call after they failed more than once to meet their own estimated finish time. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was missing its front hub cap behind a barbed-wire fence. To top it off, the employee was instructed by the supervisor to release my car and he just straight up left for the weekend. Having just paid them a $500 copay, I requested the supervisor to call her employee back to the shop to place my hubcap back on but, she refused because it was 5:30pm on a Friday and she was ready to go home...Ready to go home after handing a customer an incomplete vehicle **after** payment. I'm giving them a 1 star but honestly, they deserve less, and I would warn everyone to stay clear of this dumpster fire and go to Gerber Collisions instead.
