My first official class at I Love Kickboxing was Thursday the 1st and I went 3 days in a row, took a break Sunday and I’ll be back at it Monday. I LOVE IT!!! I plan on going 5 days a week, it is an awesome butt kicking class (with tons of modifications if you need it) with AMAZING people! I love all of the instructors and Noelle, the owner, is the sweetest! I told her my goal is to be up on the inspiration wall in my wedding dress next year and she was so excited for me and loved the idea! I couldn’t have picked a better gym or a more supportive group of people to help me hit my fitness goals!
