Lee was the serv tech that came to give me an estimate on my AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and let me know what exactly needed to be done. I haven't committed to Aqua,s service because im still waiting for someone to let me know if replacement parts are available or not. I realize it's a very busy time, but I would love to hear from Aqua to get an update on the parts. Or maybe I do need a new AC system? I don't know because I haven't received a call back.
