ILKB Tracy is great! I have been looking for a way to get fit for a long time. I have tried regular gym classes for various things and never found something that could really motivate me or give me that push I needed! After just 1 class at ILKB Tracy, I’m convinced I finally found the right place for me! It pushed me A LOT but not in a way I wanted to quit. The instructors/trainers walked around continuously to make sure you were doing it right and helped you fix your form. There were no bad looks when you couldn’t do something or just needed a quick mini break. NO JUDGEMENT! That’s always a plus for me.
Everyone was so friendly and wanted to make sure you were okay with everything. It is not easy, but definitely pushes you to do better in a way I have been looking for, for a while. I had a great time and am looking forward on going back! The soreness just after Day 1 made me realize that I was working out muscles I haven’t in a while and it only makes the drive for me that much more to go back! So very happy with this place!
