Very expensive. I was told by the office staff that they were a preferred provider for my insurance but that was a lie. I should have checked but trusted them. BIG MISTAKE. Dr. Silva said I needed several... SEVERAL fillings, root canals, and crowns. He said the same thing about my husband. We both had some work done after explaining that we needed to get the work done in increments to keep payment realistic. Yet after just a small amount of work each, we got nailed with a HUGE bill over $6,000. Yeah, they gave us Care Credit but it took us ages... several years... to pay it off. In the mean time, we quit going to him (or any dentist) because we couldn't afford it and had been totally BURNED. His wife/office manager Ivy would see us in public and act like we were their best friends. Um, hello... you and your husband are GOUGING us financially. They would call and try to get us to come back to their office... NO THANKS. We are going to a new dentist now and he's GREAT. Extremely reasonable prices and guess what? After 7 years of not being to a dentist, we miraculously do NOT need tons of dental work. Be warned and stay far away from Dr. Silva.
