No Air Conditioning, outside temperature in the 90s and it's a Saturday. Called several AC companies but they were closed or not available. I called Shanklin and voice mail requested I left my name, message, and phone number. My first thought was that they probably won't respond. Surprisingly and thankfully, Tracie in the office called me and told me that they had a tech who could come by in late afternoon. Tom stopped by diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. Now our house is cool and livable again. i was favorably impressed
