Horrible. Charged 260 as a one time fee then quoted a 160 bi weekly fee. Was told that the cleaners would tell available day for them to start bi weekly cleaning. Call the company and they seemed confused about why they would have told me that the company would call and set up the bi weekly. Called them and they said they had reached out to me about scheduling a time and date. Complete lie. Asked him why he didnt leave a voicemail. His response was I didnt. So went to schedule bi weekly cleaning he said that it had been a month so it would be 220 to return. I am suppose to pay more Because of there inability to call a schedule a bi weekly Cleaning. To say that I gave them the benefit of the doubt that my hardwood floor where the cat litter box is was hazed over completely as they mopped the floor without sweeping up the litter first. Was gonna give them another shot but they are unwilling to give me the first stated price of 160 for a biweekly cleaning. Would give them zero stars if possible. Never again Holly's Cleaning service.
