Worst service, no repair and paid for the service 6/3/2019

I sent my coffeemaker for repair October 2018, paid for the repair on the same month. I have not received my coffee maker up to today June 3rd.. I have sent more than 20 e mails to Rob and never I fulfilled my repair. It has been too long and my patience to much. I consider a very bad service and no professional service from them. The worst. more
