I am very impressed with the service I received this morning. My hot water heater failed, and I had a repairman on site within 1 1/2 hours. The woman who scheduled the service was thorough and friendly and texted a picture of the repairman ahead of time.. The technician explained all my options and was very patient with me when I changed my mind on which direction I wanted to pursue. I would highly recommend Swan!
